A Word to Dealers
As a lumber dealer-only provider, any homebuilder, framer, commercial contractor, owner builder or homeowner that calls our office will be directed to purchase from their lumber dealer of choice or we will direct him to a dealer that is around their project. When doing business with Colonial you never have to worry about us going around you and selling directly to your customers.

Floor Trusses​
We design every floor truss from the roof down to ensure all loads are transferred thru trusses to provide the highest quality floor system. Each job is unique and we treat it that way. We can provide depths of floors from 9-1/4" to 32".
Roof Trusses​
We design every truss to meet or exceed current building codes and regulations. Our trusses are manufactured under strict tolerances to maintain tight joints. In most cases Colonial can come up with a solution to your complex design challenges.
